Results indicated that the top barriers experienced were disappointment (43%) and conflict (34%). Overall, the sample felt fulfilled in the ministry (M=7.85). They felt most comfortable sharing their difficulties with their spouse (64%), followed by another pastor (45%), and a friend (24%).
