Refund and Return Policy
All purchases are non-refundable. However, if you accidentally ordered the wrong product or are not fully satisfied with your order, please contact our Customer Service and Sales team at 800-877-7030 (option 1) or via email at wecanhelp@d6family.com. We will be happy to issue a credit to your account, which can be applied to a future order. To expedite the process, you can download a Quick-Fix Form here.
- Credits must be requested within seven days of purchase.
- You will be responsible for any shipping costs.
- A $5 restocking fee will apply.
- Returned items must be in their original, resalable condition.
- Please note that returns are not accepted for discounted or bundled products.
